Ingredients
- Loaf:
- 225g Self Raising Flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 160g Caster Sugar
- 2 mashed Ripe Bananas
- 100g Unsalted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- Cinnamon Sugar:
- 30g Caster Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 180C, before mixing up your cinnamon sugar. Grease and line a loaf tin, and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar inside- saving a little for the top of your loaf too (for a delicious crunch). - Measure out all of your ingredients, before putting them all into your KitchenAid Mini Mixer. Start slowly, and mix for around 3 minutes- until everything is smooth and well combined.
- Scoop your mixture into your prepared loaf tin, sprinkling the last of the cinnamon sugar on top- before popping into the oven for around an hour (check at the 55 minute mark!).
- Remove your loaf from the oven and cool. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
