In fact, in the time it takes to cook shop bought dry spaghetti I rolled, cut and cooked fresh pasta. I can't see myself buying pasta anymore. I'm looking forward to making ravioli and lasagne now.

I was given the KitchenAid attachment as gift and it is amazing. Because you don't need to worry about turning the handling (and the machine moving all over the place) you can focus on the dough. It is very satifying to turn out pasta sheets quickly. I also use the KitchenAid to knead the pasta dough, which makes the whole experience very easy. I may need a new fridge to store all the frozen riviloi.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Susie Rerakis from Pasta attachment for Kitchenaid "Too easy" Loved it from day 1, made a basic pasta dough and made the sheets it was very easy, I kept putting flour so it wouldn't stick and then I made fettuccine. It was super easy and then it took only 6 minutes to boil the fettuccine - the whole family loved it!! Cant wait to cook for family and friends when covid is over !!!
