KitchenAid Australia - Go Cordless 20% Discount Next Purchase Promotion Oct 2026 / Dec 2027

Terms & Conditions

1. Information on purchasing Participating Products and how to receive the Promotional Code forms part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms).  These Terms apply to the KitchenAid Australia Go Cordless 20% Discount Promotion October 2026 (Promotion) and submission of a claim to redeem the Promotional Code is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

2. The promoter is KitchenAid Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 601 363 419) of GPO Box 3334, Sydney, NSW 2001 telephone 1800-990-990 (Promoter). 

3. The Promotion will be open from 8:00 AM AEDT on Saturday, 17 October 2026 and will close at 12:59PM AEDT on Thursday, 31 December 2026 (Promotion Period).  Purchases made outside the Promotion Period are invalid.  

Definitions

4. For the purposes of these Terms:

1. Participating Product(s) refers to the following products:

1. Go Cordless Hand Blender With Battery, 5KHBRV00A; 

2. Go Cordless 5 Cup Food Chopper With Battery, 5KFCR500A;

3. Go Cordless Hand Mixer With Battery, 5KHMR700A; and

4. Go Cordless Kitchen Vacuum With Battery, 5KKVR100A.

The Participating Product(s) are subject to stock availability.

2. Promotional Code refers to a discount code which, when applied to an Eligible Product, reduces the price of the Eligible Product as listed on the Website at the time of Purchase by 20%. The following conditions apply to the use of the Promotional Code:

1. it is redeemable only online at the Website, https://kitchenaid.com.au, for Eligible Products; 

2. it is valid for thirty (30) days from receipt;

3. for the avoidance of doubt, the Promotional Code does not apply to Excluded Products;

4. a maximum of one (1) 20% discount on the price of an Eligible Product will apply per Participating Product Purchased.

3. Participating Retailer Partner(s) any one of the Australian retail stores trading under the following trading names that range KitchenAid Go Cordless products:

1. JB Hi-Fi Limited;

2. The Good Guys;

3. Harvey Norman Holdings Ltd;

4. Kitchen Warehouse Pty Ltd;

5. Minimax Pty Ltd; 

6. Bing Lee Electrics Pty Ltd;

7. Myer Holdings Limited; 

8. David Jones Limited;

9. ALDI Pty Ltd; and

10. any other independent retailers.

4. Eligible Product(s) refers to the following products:

1. Go Cordless Hand Blender Without Battery, 5KHBRV00A;

2. Go Cordless 5 Cup Food Chopper Without Battery, 5KFCR500A;

3. Go Cordless Hand Mixer Without Battery, 5KHMR700A;

4. Go Cordless Top Down Chopper Without Battery, 5KTCR350A;

5. Go Cordless Citrus Juicer Without Battery, 5KCJR160A);

6. Go Cordless Personal Blender Without Battery, 5KSBR256A;

7. Go Cordless Coffee Grinder Without Battery, 5KBGR100A; 

8. Go Cordless Kitchen Vacuum Without Battery, 5KKVR100A;

9. Go Cordless Grater Slicer Shredder Without Battery, 5KGSLR00A; and

10. Go Cordless Vacuum Sealer Starter Pack Without Battery, 5KVSHR50A.

5. For the avoidance, Excluded Product(s) refers to the following products:

1. Go Cordless 10.8V Battery, 5KRB12A;

2. Go Cordless Charging Dock, 5KRBC12A; and

3. any Eligible Product that is sold as a bundle with a battery (5KHBRV71ABM, 5KFCR531ABM, 5KHMR762BM, 5KCJR160A5KRB12ABM, 5KSBR256BM, 5KBGR111ABM, 5KKVR121ABM and 5KTCR350ABM).

6. Proof of Purchase means an original tax invoice confirming Purchase of a Participating Product to register your product. This must include, at least, details of the Participating Product, the invoice number (if applicable) and date that the Purchase was made during the Promotion Period.

7. Purchase means making full and final payment for a Participating Product. 

8. Website means the KitchenAid Australian website at https://kitchenaid.com.au.

Who can enter?

5. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over (Eligible Claimants).

6. Employees, directors, management and contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms, retail staff or companies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.  Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

7. By entering this Promotion you represent that you are eligible to enter.

How to enter the Promotion

8. To enter the Promotion and be eligible to receive the Promotional Code, the Eligible Claimant must, during the Promotion Period, Purchase a Participating Product from a participating Australian retailer and: 

1. register the purchased Participating Product online at https://kitchenaid.com.au/pages/register-my-product by 11:59PM AEDT on Wednesday, 31 March 2027, including submitting the following:

1. a copy of the Eligible Claimant's Proof of Purchase;

2. product information relevant to the purchased Participating Product, including the model number, colour, serial number, invoice number purchase date; and 

3. the Eligible Claimant's details, including their name, email address, contact number and postal address.

2. Opt-in to receive marketing and other communications for KitchenAid by ticking the box on the product registration webpage (and remain subscribed until the Promotional Code is received via email).

9. Eligible Claimants will receive an email containing the Promotional Code within 1 to 2 days from registration of their purchased Participating Product (if the above steps are complied with).  The Promoter will dispatch the Promotional Code to all Eligible Claimants to the email address, which must be a valid email address, provided by the Eligible Claimant during registration.

10. Eligible Claimants can use their Promotional Code by following the steps below.  The Promotional Code is valid for thirty (30) days from receipt of by the Eligible Claimant. After this time, the Promotional Code will be invalid, and the discount will no longer be redeemable:

1. access the Website;

2. select an Eligible Product, add to your cart and proceed to checkout; and

3. insert the Promotional Code at checkout before completing their purchase.

11. The Promotional Code may not be used for the purchase of Excluded Products.

12. Multiple Promotional Codes may be claimed per claimant, provided that only one (1) Promotional; Code is claimed per Participating Product Purchased, and each claim for a Promotional Code is submitted separately and in accordance with these terms.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Claimants if proof of age, identity, residency or Proof of Purchase has not been provided on reasonable request from the Promoter, or the Eligible Claimant has not otherwise complied with these Terms.  The Promoter may contact any Eligible Claimants to resolve any issues that may arise with respect to a claim for a Promotional Code.  If such issues are resolved to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Eligible Claimant's claim will be accepted.

14. Purchases of Participating Products that are made outside of the Promotion Period are not eligible under this Promotion to receive the Promotional Code.  Similarly, any claims for a Promotional Code are invalid if they: 

1. fail to comply with any other requirements under these Terms; 

2. are incomplete, incorrect or incomprehensible; 

3. are stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way; or 

4. are made after 11:59PM AEDT on Wednesday, 31 March 2027.

15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for illegible, late, lost, stolen or misdirected claims for the Promotional Code, or for uses of the Promotional Code.  The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any person or third party which misrepresents itself as an ALDI store or representative, or incorrectly claims that this Promotion is available. 

Other Terms 

16. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. 

17. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offers unless otherwise specified.

19. Commercial sales, second-hand purchases, refurbished products, trade seconds products, insurance claims, display models, purchases denoted “Clearance” (including seconds) or special offers are excluded from this Promotion, and any Participating Products purchased in these ways will not be eligible for the Promotional Code.

20. The Promotional Code is not transferable or exchangeable by the Eligible Claimant, nor can it be redeemed for cash.  All other costs associated with the Promotional Code are the responsibility of the Eligible Claimant. 

21. The Eligible Claimant shall accept the Promotional Code as described in these Terms and acknowledges that the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in value, or for any tax liabilities that may arise from claiming the Promotional Code.  The prices specified in these terms are inclusive of GST.

22. Any costs incurred by the Eligible Claimant associated with this Promotion, including making telephone enquiries in relation to the Promotional Code, are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Claimant.

23. Eligible Claimants may only claim for a Promotional Code in their own name and using their own personal details (i.e., their own address, contact details, etc.).  A person must not claim a Promotional Code to which another Eligible Claimant is entitled, whether on their behalf or otherwise. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Claimant, the Eligible Claimant will be deemed to be the person who Purchased the Participating Product.

24. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Consumer Law or similar consumer protection laws in Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).  Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:

1. any technical difficulties or product malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); 

2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; 

3. any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after the receipt by the Promoter) due to interference; 

4. any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or 

5. use of the Promotional Code;

25. The Promoter collects and stores personal information (PI) disclosed by an Eligible Claimant in order to conduct the Promotion and otherwise for the purposes set out in this clause 24, and may, for these purposes, disclose an Eligible Claimant’s PI to third parties, including but not limited to the Promoter’s agents, contractors, service providers and, where required, Australian statutory or regulatory bodies.  The Promoter’s provision of a Promotional Code to an Eligible Claimant pursuant to these Terms is conditional on that Eligible Claimant providing this PI.  In addition to any uses that may be outlined in the Promoter's privacy policy, if the Eligible Claimant opts-in by ticking the opt-in box at the time of submitting their claim, that Eligible Claimant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database of the Promoter and its agents and for this information to be used, unless otherwise advised, for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant.  All personal details of the Eligible Claimant will be stored by the Promoter and its agents and are subject to the Promoter’s privacy policy, see https://kitchenaid.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter or its agent, the Promoter or it’s agent may disclose PI overseas. 

26. Claimants provide their consent under clause 24 until such a time as they withdraw their consent by giving notice to the Promoter.  Claimants can opt-out, gain access to, update or correct any PI held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter at the details listed in clause 2 of these Terms.

27. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.  Claimants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

28. The Promoter may change these Terms from time to time, by posting the revised Terms (or a link to them) on the Promoter's Website.  Eligible Claimants should regularly check the Promoter's Website for any changes.  Eligible Claimants will be bound by the version of the Terms that applied at the time of their qualifying Purchase of a Participating Product.

29. This Promotion is subject to stock availability of the Participating Products, and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.

30. If you have any dispute or complaint relating to the Promotion, the Eligible Claimant must contact the Promoter at the details listed in clause ‎‎‎2 of these Terms in the first instance.  The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to respond to the Eligible Claimant within 21 business days to discuss a resolution in good faith.
