Wheatgrass Blast
Wheatgrass is a wonderful nutrient dense plant. Packed full of goodness this Wheatgrass Blast recipe is a powerful detoxifier and will have you feeling your very best. Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 apple, cored
- 1 cup wheatgrass
- 1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
- 3 springs freash mint
Method
- Assemble KitchenAid® Juicer and Sauce Attachment with desired pulp screen; attach to stand mixer. Cut apple to fit in feed tube.
- Juice apple, wheatgress, lemon and mint on medium speed. Stir; serve immediately.
