Watermelon and ginger slushie

Method

1. Place the ice into the blender jug and cover. Select ice-crushing and process until the ice is roughly chopped.
   Add the lemon juice and half of the apples, cover and select speed 5 (Liquify) then process for about 5 seconds.
2. Add the remaining apples and watermelon, process again for 10 seconds. Add the ginger and mint and process for 5 seconds.
3. Serve immediately.
