Special Equipment: KitchenAid® Artisan Stand Mixer with flat beater attachment
Ingredients
- 1 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pepita's
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons of LSA
- 1 tablespoon sumac
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon psyllium husk
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Method
- Mix ingredients with the KitchenAid stand mixer using the flat beater attachment. Add water and let it sit in the fridge for 10 mins to bind together and set.
- Flatten the mixture on baking paper on a baking tray with a spoon, then grab another piece of baking paper and use it to flatten with a rolling pin to make sure it’s even.
- Cook for 25 minutes at 200c fan forced. Leave to cool for 5 minutes and serve.
