Special Equipment: KitchenAid® Artisan Stand Mixer with flat beater attachment



  • 1 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pepita's
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of LSA
  • 1 tablespoon sumac
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium husk
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sea salt



  1. Mix ingredients with the KitchenAid stand mixer using the flat beater attachment. Add water and let it sit in the fridge for 10 mins to bind together and set.
  2. Flatten the mixture on baking paper on a baking tray with a spoon, then grab another piece of baking paper and use it to flatten with a rolling pin to make sure it’s even.
  3. Cook for 25 minutes at 200c fan forced. Leave to cool for 5 minutes and serve.
