Ingredients

  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ cup light coconut milk, chilled
  • 1 cup greek style natural yoghurt
  • 3 peeled ripe kiwi fruit, roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp honey

Method

  1. Add the ice, coconut milk, yoghurt, kiwi fruit and honey to the blender jug. Cover. Select speed 3 (Mix) and blend for 5 seconds. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
