Ingredients
- ½ cup ice
- ½ cup light coconut milk, chilled
- 1 cup greek style natural yoghurt
- 3 peeled ripe kiwi fruit, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp honey
Method
- Add the ice, coconut milk, yoghurt, kiwi fruit and honey to the blender jug. Cover. Select speed 3 (Mix) and blend for 5 seconds. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
