Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • Food colouring of your choice
  • 3-4 cups corn starch

Method:

  1. Mix the chia seeds, water and food colouring together
  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight
  3. Pour mixture into the stand mixer bowl and add corn starch gradually whilst mixing on speed 1 with the flat beater until you achieve your desired sliminess
