Ingredients
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop Muscle Nation Choc Banana Protein
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop lite chocolate or lite vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups milk of choice
Method
- Place the ice into the blender jug and cover. Select the Ice Crush function and process quickly until ice is roughly chopped.
- Add banana to the blender, followed by the protein, honey, chia seeds, ice cream and milk.
- Cover and blend until smoothie is to your desired consistency. Note: If you want a thicker smoothie, add more ice.
- Serve and option to add toppings of choice. Enjoy!
