1. Information on how to purchase Participating Products and how to receive a Gift forms part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms). These Terms apply to the KitchenAid Australia Mother’s Day Espresso Gift with Purchase Promotion 2026 (Promotion) and submission of a claim to redeem a Gift is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is KitchenAid Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 601 363 419) of 6-8 Billbrooke Close, Cameron Park NSW 2285, Australia, telephone 1800-990-990 (Promoter).
3. The Toby's Estate component of the Gift is supplied by Toby's Estate Pty Ltd (ABN 86 084 104 423) of Address 32-36 City Rd, Chippendale, NSW 2008, Australia (Toby's Estate) and by redeeming the Toby's Estate component of the Gift Eligible Claimants are deemed to have accepted Toby's Estate's terms and conditions available at https://www.tobysestate.com.au/privacy-policy.
4. The Promotion will be open from 9:00am AEDT on Monday 2nd March 2026 and will close on 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 10th May 2026 (Promotion Period). Purchases made outside the Promotion Period are not subject to this Promotion.
Definitions
5. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
a. Gift refers to the Tier One Gift and/or the Tier Two Gift, as applicable.
b. Participating Product(s) refers to the Tier One Participating Product and/or the Tier Two Participating Product(s). The Participating Products are subject to stock availability.
c. Participating Retail Partner(s) mean:
i. JB Hi-Fi Limited;
ii. The Good Guys;
iii. Kitchen Warehouse Pty Ltd;
iv. Minimax Pty Ltd;
v. Bing Lee Electrics Pty Ltd;
vi. Myer Holdings Limited; and
vii. David Jones Limited
viii. Duke Living PTY LTD (where the seller is ‘Big W Market’ on
bigw.com.au, Everyday Market on woolworths.com.au and the Everyday Rewards App)
d . Purchase means making full and final payment for a Participating Product, including by use services such as Afterpay and Zippay.
e. Tier One Gift refers to:
i. Toby's Estate - 1 x 500g bag of Toby’s Estate Whole Roasted Coffee Beans (flavour of choice excluding Single Origin, and Flavour Savour Blends);
ii. On-demand video tutorials on how to set up and use the KitchenAid Semi Automatic Espresso Machine with Burr Grinder (approx.11 minutes); and
iv. A 15-minute, one-on-one question and answer session with Bel ("Ask an Expert") (booked by appointment via Google Calendar).
f. Tier Two Gift refers to:
i. Toby's Estate - 1 x 1kg bag of Toby’s Estate Whole Roasted Coffee Beans (flavour of choice excluding Single Origin, and Flavour Savour blends);
iii. On-demand video tutorials on how to set up and use the KitchenAid Fully Automatic Espresso Machine (approx. 8 minutes); and
iv. A 15-minute, one-on-one question and answer session with Bel ("Ask an Expert") (booked by appointment via Google Calendar).
g. Tier One Participating Product refers to the KitchenAid Semi Automatic Espresso Machine with Burr Grinder, model number 5KES6551ACA (Candy Apple), 5KES6551ABK (Cast Iron Black), 5KES6551AJP (Juniper), 5KES6551APL (Porcelain) and 5KES6551ASX (Stainless Steel)
h. Tier Two Participating Product(s) refers to any of the following:
i. KitchenAid Fully Automatic Espresso Machine KF7, model number KES8557; or
i. KitchenAid Fully Automatic Espresso Machine KF8, model number KES8558.
i. Website means the KitchenAid Australian website at kitchenaid.com.au.
Who can enter
6. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over (Eligible Claimants). By entering this Promotion you represent that you are eligible to enter.
7. Employees, directors, management and contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms, retail staff or companies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
How to enter the Promotion
8. To enter the Promotion and be eligible for the Gift, the Eligible Claimant must, during the Promotion Period, Purchase a Participating Product online at kitchenaid.com.au (Website) or in store or online from a Participating Retail Partner and comply with clauses 10 and/or 11 as applicable.
9. Eligible Claimants who Purchase a Tier One Participating Product will be eligible to redeem the Tier One Gift. Eligible Claimants who Purchase a Tier Two Participating Product will be eligible to redeem the Tier Two Gift.
10. (Website) For Purchases made via the Website, the Eligible Claimant must:
a. Complete the Purchase of the Participating Product on the Website during the Promotion Period. When Purchasing the Participating Product, Eligible Claimants will be automatically subscribed at checkout to receive updates and marketing communications from the Promoter. The Eligible Claimant must remain subscribed to these communications to receive their Gift Email;
b. Having subscribed to receive updates and marketing communications from the Promoter, the Eligible Claimant will receive an email within 2 business days of their Purchase containing:
i. a unique, promotional code to use to redeem the Toby's Estate from Toby's Estate's website at https://www.tobysestate.com.au/; ii. a URL link to access the on-demand video tutorials and book a 15-minute "Ask an Expert" session with Bel (via Google Calendar)
(the Gift Email).
11. (Participating Retail Partners) For Purchases made through Participating Retail Partners, the Eligible Claimant must:
a. Complete the Purchase of the Participating Product in store or online from a Participating Retail Partner during the Promotion Period.
b. Access the Registration Form via the Website at https://kitchenaid.com.au/pages/register-my-product and complete the requested details, including the Eligible Claimant's name, email, phone and address, product model number, colour, serial number, Purchase date and invoice number by 11:59pm AEDT Wednesday, 10th June 2026. As part of completing the Registration Form, the Eligible Claimant will be automatically subscribed to receive updates and marketing communications from the Promoter. The Eligible Claimant must remain subscribed to these communications until they receive their Gift Email;
c. If the Registration Form has been correctly completed by the Eligible Claimant, the Eligible Claimant will receive a Gift Email within 2 business days (see clause 10b above for details relating to the Gift Email).
12. It is the Eligible Claimant's responsibility to:
a. redeem the Toby's Estate(s) before the expiry of their promotional code (being, 11th July 2026; and
b. book a 15-minute "Ask an Expert" session with Bel via Google Calendar during the available times (see clause 13 below).
The Promoter is not responsible if the Eligible Claimant fails to do so, loses the Gift Email or otherwise disposes of the Gift Email.

14. The on-demand video tutorials are pre-recorded 8–11-minute videos presented by Bel and are available to view at any time. The Eligible Claimant will have access to view the video tutorials relevant to their KitchenAid Espresso Machine.
15. A maximum of one (1) Gift can be redeemed per person.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Claimants if proof of age or identity has not been provided, or the Eligible Claimant has not otherwise complied with these Terms. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount unless otherwise specified.
Participating Product and Gift details
18. Commercial sales, second-hand purchases, refurbished products, trade seconds products, insurance claims, purchases denoted “Clearance” (including seconds) or special offers are excluded from this Promotion, and any Participating Products purchased in these ways will not be eligible for this Promotion or the Gift.
19. The Gift is subject to availability and only while stocks lasts. The Gift is not transferable or exchangeable by the Eligible Claimant. All other costs associated with the Gift are the responsibility of the Eligible Claimant.
20. The Eligible Claimant shall accept the Gift as described in these Terms and acknowledges that the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in value, or for any tax liabilities that may arise from claiming the Gift.
21. Any costs incurred by the Eligible Claimant associated with this Promotion including making telephone enquiries in relation to the Gift are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Claimant.
22. In booking an "Ask an Expert" session, the Eligible Claimant must provide its name, email address, phone number and details of its KitchenAid Espresso Machine (and, optionally, any their questions for Bel).
23. The Eligible Claimant must not distribute the link to, or otherwise provide access to, the on-demand video tutorials or the "Ask an Expert" session to any third party.
24. To redeem the Toby's Estate component of the Gift from Toby's Estate, the Eligible Claimants must:
a. access the Toby's Estate website at https://www.tobysestate.com.au/;
b. add the relevant Toby's Estate product(s) subject of this Promotion to their cart;
c. at checkout, read and agree to Toby's Estate's terms and conditions and privacy policy (https://www.tobysestate.com.au/privacy-policy), provide their name, email address, delivery address, and phone number, use and apply the promotional code to complete the purchase of the Toby's Estate product(s), and then select ‘free shipping’ to apply for free shipping.
d. Gift from Toby’s Estate will be dispatched by the Promoter to the delivery address entered by the Eligible Claimant within 15 business days.
Other Terms
25. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Australian Consumer Law, as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Consumer Law or similar consumer protection laws in Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
a) any technical difficulties or product malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after the receipt by the Promoter) due to interference;
d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or
e) use of the Gift,
except to the extent that such liability arises as a result of the Promoter's own error, omission or negligence.
26. The Promoter collects personal information (PI) disclosed by an Eligible Claimant in order to conduct the Promotion and otherwise for the purposes set out in this clause 26, and may, for these purposes, disclose an Eligible Claimant’s PI to third parties, including but not limited to the Promoter’s agents, contractors and service providers, and Toby's Estate. The purchase of a Participating Product and claim for a Gift is conditional on that Eligible Claimant providing this PI. In addition to any uses that may be outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policies, if the Eligible Claimant opts-in by ticking the opt-in box at the time of submitting their claim, that Eligible Claimant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database of the Promoter and its agents and for this information to be used, unless otherwise advised, for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. All personal details of the Eligible Claimant will be stored by the Promoter and its agents and are subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, see https://kitchenaid.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. A request to opt out, access, update or correct any information can be made by contacting the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter or its agent, the Promoter or its agent may disclose PI overseas.
27. The Promoter may change these Terms from time to time, by posting the revised Terms (or a link to them) on the Promoter's Website. Eligible Claimants should regularly check the Promoter's Website for any updates.
28. If you have any enquiries or dispute relating to the Promotion, please contact the Promoter at the details listed in clause 2 of these Terms. The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavors to respond to you within 21 business days to discuss a resolution in good faith.
