KITCHENAID AUSTRALIA – 40% OFF STAND MIXER ATTACHMENTS (APRIL 2025)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.     These terms and conditions apply to the offer whereby customers who Purchase a Participating Product on the Website during the Offer Period will receive a 40% discount off the price of an Attachment purchased in the same transaction (Offer).

2.     Information on how to qualify for the Offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms). These Terms apply to the Offer and redeeming the Offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

3.     The promoter is KitchenAid Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 601 363 419) of 6-8 Billbrooke Close Cameron Park NSW 2286, Australia, telephone (02) 4902 6500 (Promoter).

Definitions

4.       For the purposes of these Terms:

a.      Attachment refers to the following Stand Mixer attachment and accessories:

                         i.     3-Piece Pasta Roller and Cutter Attachment KSMPRA (AUD 299);

                       ii.     Ice Cream Bowl Attachment for Stand Mixer 5KSMICM (AUD 209);

                      iii.     Metal Food Grinder Attachment 5KSMMGAA (AUD 229);

                      iv.     Shave Ice Attachment for Stand Mixer 5KSMSIA (AUD 179);

                        v.     Fresh Prep Slicer & Shredder Attachment 5KSMVSA (AUD 179);

                      vi.     Pasta Roller Attachment KSMPSA (AUD 159);

                     vii.     Food Processor Attachment for Stand Mixer KSM2FPA (AUD 399);

                   viii.     Gourmet Pasta Press Attachment KSMPEXTA (AUD 399);

                      ix.     Vegetable Sheet Cutter Attachment KSMSCA (AUD 239);

                        x.     7 Blade Spiraliser Plus with Peel, Core & Slice Attachment KSM2APC (AUD 249);

                      xi.     Pasta Cutter & Angel Attachment KSMPCA (AUD 199);

                     xii.     Grain Mill Attachment KGM (AUD 229);

                   xiii.     Sifter + Scale Attachment KSMSFTAA (AUD 259);

                   xiv.     Food Grinder Attachment 5KSMFGAA (AUD 129);

                     xv.     3-Piece Drum Set for Slicer/Shredder Attachment KSMEMVSC (AUD 69); and

                   xvi.     Citrus Juicer with Strainer Attachment JE (AUD 59).

The Attachments are subject to stock availability.

b.     Participating Product refers to the following Stand Mixer products:

                         i.     Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixer KSM192 (AUD 799);

                       ii.     Artisan Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer KSM60 (AUD 999);

                      iii.     Classic Tilt-Head Stand Mixer KSM45 (AUD 699);

                      iv.     Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixer KSM195 (AUD 949), including in colours beetroot, hibiscus, butter and blue salt;

                        v.     Artisan Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer KSM70 (AUD 1099);

                      vi.     4.7L Artisan Stand Mixer KSM150 (AUD 599);

                     vii.     Evergreen Tilt-Head Stand Mixer KSM180 (AUD 1149);

                   viii.     Commercial Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer KSMC895 (AUD 1499); and

                      ix.     Blossom Tilt-Head Stand Mixer KSM180 (AUD 1049).

The Participating Products are subject to stock availability. 

c.      Purchase means making full and final payment for a Participating Product, including by use services such as Afterpay and Zippay.

d.     Website means the KitchenAid Australian website at kitchenaid.com.au.

Offer details

5.     The Offer will be open from 3:00 PM (AEDT) Friday, 4 April 2025 and will close at 11:59 PM (AEST) Wednesday, 16 April 2025 (Offer Period).

6.     Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over (Eligible Claimant).

Qualifying for the Offer

7.     To qualify for the Offer, an Eligible Claimant must, during the Offer Period, Purchase at least one (1) Participating Product from the Website.  To complete their Purchase and redeem the Offer, the Eligible Claimant must:

a.      add the Participating Product(s) to their cart;

b.     add the Attachment to their cart; and

c.      Purchase both the Participating Product(s) and Attachment in a single transaction..

8.     It is the Eligible Claimant's responsibility to ensure that both the Participating Product and Attachment are added to their cart, and that the discount has been applied to the Attachment before competing their Purchase.

9.     For the avoidance of doubt, the 40% discount applies to the price of the Attachment(s) (and not the value of the whole transaction) and does not apply to products that are not Attachments. 

10.  The 40% discount is calculated by reference to the regular, non-discounted price of the Attachment(s) at the time of the Purchase (being the price stipulated in clause 4.a above). 

11.  Under this offer, a maximum of one (1) 40% discount off an Attachment will apply per Participating Product Purchased.

12.  There is no limit on the number of Participating Products that may be purchased.

13.  The Offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from claiming or redeeming the Offer.

14.  Commercial sales, second-hand purchases, refurbished products, trade seconds products, insurance claims, purchases denoted “Clearance” (including seconds) or special offers do not qualify for the Offer.

15.  The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Claimants if proof of age or identity has not been provided, or the Eligible Claimant has not otherwise complied with these Terms. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

16.  The Offer is available with other promotions or offer, unless specified.

Other terms

17.    Any costs incurred by the Eligible Claimant associated with this Offer including making telephone enquiries in relation to the Offer are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Claimant.

18.    If you cancel or return any of your Attachments, the Promoter will only refund the price actually paid for those Attachments (taking into account any 40% discount that may have been applied), subject to applicable refund policies.

19.    Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Australian Consumer Law, as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Consumer Law or similar consumer protection laws in Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:

a)              any technical difficulties or product malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);

b)             any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

c)              any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after the receipt by the Promoter) due to interference; or

d)             any tax liability incurred by a claimant,

except to the extent that such liability arises as a result of the Promoter's own error, omission or negligence.

20.    The Promoter collects personal information (PI) disclosed by an Eligible Claimant in order to conduct the Offer and otherwise for the purposes set out in this clause ‎16, and may, for these purposes, disclose an Eligible Claimant’s PI to third parties, including but not limited to the Promoter’s agents, contractors and service providers. The purchase of a Participating Product, Attachment and claiming the Offer is conditional on that Eligible Claimant providing this PI. In addition to any uses that may be outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policies, if the Eligible Claimant opts-in by ticking the opt-in box at the time of submitting their claim, that Eligible Claimant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database of the Promoter and its agents and for this information to be used, unless otherwise advised, for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. All personal details of the Eligible Claimant will be stored by the Promoter and its agents and are subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, see https://kitchenaid.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. A request to opt out, access, update or correct any information can be made by contacting the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter or its agent, the Promoter or its agent may disclose PI overseas.

21.    The Promoter may change these Terms from time to time, by posting the revised Terms (or a link to them) on the Promoter's Website. Eligible Claimants should regularly check the Promoter's Website for any updates.

22.    This Offer is subject to stock availability and may be amended.

23.    If you have any dispute or complaint relating to the Offer, please contact the Promoter at the details listed in clause ‎‎2 of these Terms. The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavors to respond to you within 21 business days to discuss a resolution in good faith.

24.    These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Eligible Claimants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
