A holiday in a glass! The perfect blend of zesty pineapple and coconut cream, our non-alcoholic take on the classic pina colada is the perfect drink to raise your next happy hour.
500ml pineapple juice
300ml coconut cream
Fresh slices of pineapple to serve
Using a KitchenAid blender, combine the pineapple juice and coconut cream into the blender. Blitz until it is frothy and well combined.
Pour the mixture into the 4 ice moulds and place into the freezer until frozen solid
When you're ready to serve, attach the ice shaver attachment to a KitchenAid. Remove the frozen blocks from the moulds and pop them into the attachment, lock it in place. Place a bowl underneath and turn the mixer onto speed 10
Spoon the shaved ice into 4 glasses, garnish with fresh wedges of pineapple and serve straight away.
