Smoothies are a quick and easy way to start the day. The beauty of a smoothie is that you can pack it full of vitamins and nutrients and achieve your daily recommended fruit and vegetable intake in one hit. They are also a great way of encouraging kids to eat more fruits and veggies!

While banana, strawberry and mango smoothies are delicious, we’ve decided to get a little more creative. Here are our current top 5 most delicious, nutrient packed smoothie recipes.

1. Berry Soya Cream Blend

3. Almond Milk and Berry Smoothie

A wonderful dairy-free alternative, this quick and delicious smoothie will help you start your day out right. Create your own almond milk and then add your berry flavours. You can strain the almond milk if you want it very smooth, but we prefer to leave a little texture to lock in all the nutrients.

Our go to green smoothie will have you feeling superb. This is a versatile recipe that you can add any fruit or vegetable ingredient to. You won’t believe how healthy, creamy and tasty this smoothie is. Our tip, add the chia seeds at the end to keep a little of the texture.

5. Rekha’s Salted Caramel Post Gym Smoothie

We recently gave away a Magnetic Drive Blender to the KitchenAid fan who could create the best smoothie recipe. The lucky winner was Rekha K Mangalore, a doctor from Melbourne, with her Salted Caramel Smoothie. Rekha uses this recipe as a post gym smoothie treat. We were impressed with how sweet and delicious this healthy smoothie is.
