Ingredients

  • ½ cup (46 g) toasted walnuts
  • 2 each (10 g) garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 cup (20 g) sage leaves, packed
  • 1/2 cup (6 g) parsley leaves, packed
  • ¼ cup (22 g) grated parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¾ cup (175 mL) extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Add walnuts and garlic to the KitchenAid® 5 Cup Cordless Food Chopper work bowl.
  2. Pulse 8-10 times on low until coarsely chopped.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except olive oil and pulse 8-10 times on low until combined.
  4. Add olive oil through the drizzle basin while processing for 1 minute or until oil is incorporated.
  5. Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl and process for 20 seconds.
