Tools: Hand Blenders
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 125ml white vinegar
- 70ml cold water
- 2 tbs caster sugar
- pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Place the mint into the hand blender beaker.
- Attach the S-Blade to the blending arm and place the hand blender into the jug.
- Chop on speed 5 moving the hand blender up and down in the herbs.
- Pour in the vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Blend for 5 seconds or to desired consistency.
- Chill before serving.
