Banana & Pineapple Breakfast Shake

The perfect breakfast treat, created using the KitchenAid hand blender.

Ingredients

  • 490g plain yogurt
  • 225g tinned crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 banana
  • 120g ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Method

  1. Place yogurt, pineapple, banana, ice cubes, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg into the hand blender jar.
  2. Pour into four glasses, serve immediately.
