Ingredients
- 490g plain yogurt
- 225g tinned crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 banana
- 120g ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Method
- Place yogurt, pineapple, banana, ice cubes, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg into the hand blender jar.
- Pour into four glasses, serve immediately.
