Submit a Return

In order to be eligible to return your order, please check that your item/s meet the following requirements

Rule 1

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items sought to be returned for change of mind received outside the 30 day period will not be accepted

Rule 2

Items must be returned in an undamaged and resalable condition

Rule 3

Items must be returned in their original product packaging with any user guides / original documentation included

Your return has been submitted!

Thanks for submitting your return. You will receive an email shortly containing a return label. Please allow up to 1 hour to receive your label. Please note, if you are returning multiple items, you will receive a separate email with a separate label for each item. Please print off the return label, attach it to your parcel and drop your parcel to your local post office / red post box.

Once your return has arrived back to us, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

You will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
