  • 1/3 cup brown mustard seeds
  • 1/3 cup yellow mustard seeds
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar


  1. Place mustard seeds in spice or coffee grinder. Pulse 3-4 times to crack seeds. Combine all ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid. Shake to combine and let sit at room temperature 2 hours.
  2. Attach KitchenAid Juicer and Sauce attachment with low pulp screen to KitchenAid Stand Mixer. Position containers under attachment to catch mustard and pulp. Turn to speed 10 and process ingredients from jar. Store in container with tight fitting lid up to 2 weeks.
