  • Handful of cherries, unseeded and halved


Method

  1. Place the banana, raspberries, coconut milk, honey and cinnamon in your KitchenAid blender. Turn the dial to the smoothie function and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  3. Top with the cherries, kiwi, sunflower seeds and chia seeds.
