Pineapple Ginger Boost

Ingredients
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 4 cups fresh pineapple, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1 cup cucumber, cut into 2cm chunks
Method
- Attach KitchenAid Juicer and Sauce attachment with low pulp screen to KitchenAid Stand Mixer. Position containers under attachment to catch juice and pulp. Turn to speed 10 and process oranges, pineapple, ginger, cilantro and cucumber.
- Serve immediately or store in jar with tight fitting lid up to 1 day.
