Ingredients
- 60ml limoncello
- 90ml prosecco
- 150ml club soda
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Lemon slice and mint to serve
Method
- Place club soda and lemon juice in the Shave Ice Attachment ice mould and freeze overnight.
- Shave the club soda with the attachment's fine blade and place into a cocktail glass.
- Pour limoncello and prosecco over the ice and garnish with lemon slice and mint.
