Ingredients
- ½ cup (18 g) packed parsley leaves
- ½ cup (18 g) packed cilantro leaves
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. ground cumin
- ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ cup (125 mL) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) red wine vinegar
Method
- Combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, salt, cumin and crushed red pepper flakes in a Food Chopper work bowl.
- Process on low for 20 seconds or until finely chopped, scraping sides and bottom of work bowl as needed.
- Add olive oil through the drizzle basin with machine running followed by vinegar until fully incorporated.
