- 1 Shot of Espresso
- Cocoa Powder- To Taste
- Sugar- To Taste

Method
- Froth the milk into a "microfoam" that is nearly double the volume of the original milk, using the steam wand or the milk frother attachment.
- Prepare the shot of Espresso in your favorite cup.
- Top the espresso with a dollop of frothed milk.
- Add a sprinkle of cocoa according to taste and serve.
- Plus Up: For a Salted Caramel Macchiato, add 1 tsp caramel syrup or sauce and a pinch of salt to your cup and brew the espresso over, top with milk froth.
