Ingredients
- 2 shots freshly brewed espresso
- 5 oz. (150 mL) tonic water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 lime

- KitchenAid® Fully Automatic Espresso Machine
Method
- Prepare a double espresso by tapping the drink selection icon and selecting “Espresso,” followed by tapping on the double shot icon. Press play to brew, let cool.
- Add ice to a tall glass.
- Squeeze the juice of 1 lime on top of the ice.
- Add the tonic water then top with the cooled double espresso.
- Stir gently to combine.
