Ingredients
- 2 shots freshly brewed espresso
- 1-2 scoops vanilla gelato
- 1-2 Tbsp. Amaretto liqueur (optional)

- KitchenAid® Fully Automatic Espresso Machine
Method
- Scoop 1 - 2 scoops of vanilla gelato into a glass, cup or bowl.
- Prepare the double shot of Espresso in your favorite cup by tapping the drink selection icon and selecting “Espresso,” followed by tapping on the double shot icon. Press play to brew.
- Pour espresso shots over the gelato, drizzle with Amaretto liqueur if desired.
