Great Performance
I always need a handheld beater when making things and I finally bought a Kitchen Aid one and it is brillant. I love how I now have beaters that are for beating and whisk that will do my cream ever so lightly.
What is also great is there is a blender that attaches to the hand mixer so no need of a separate blender now.
It is easy in your hand and not heavy at all when having to whip or beat something for a while.
There is a very handy accessory bag to put your beaters into. No more trying to find them in my drawer. Perfection.
What's not to love re the colour also but for me it is the great performance of this hand mixer. 9 Speeds and they all work a treat.

Not supposed for any kind of dough
I bought this just over 2.5 yrs but it burnt out while mixing 300g dough, it always had trouble on doughs, I just never thought it would burn out since I trusted the brand and the machine. So if you only want to use to whip and love kitchenaid, you could invest in this otherwise cheaper brands would do the job.

Very happy:))
Have been waiting to put my new mixer to use with my Christmas baking. My shortbread is always good ( if I can say so myself!!) but I think this year’s batch is the best yet. Creaming the butter and sugar was a breeze and I didn’t lose butter flying out of the bowl, with the slow start and gradual speed increments. Very happy.

Little Powerhouse
My Kitchenaid hand mixer was purchased to replace a budget range stand mixer I had for many years. I do a lot of cooking including making our own sourdough twice a week. The Kitchenaid hand miexer is powerful but light and has no trouble tacking everything I throw at it. Very happy with it.

Disappointed
Bought this in March, but after using it for 3 times, the mixer is over heat, with some smoke and funny smell. I called and emailed your customer service team, but no one reply to me in four weeks. Is the warranty applicable or not?

Tried using it for kneading but it just gave up
I have this product for about 3 to 4 years, used it very lightly, only used it for whipping egg white ( which is great), the other day I saw a promotion ad which says it can used for kneading as well, so I curiously used it kneading a small batch of dough (about 250 g), on speed of 2/3.
It stared OK, however after 3 or 4 minutes in, it suddenly smoked and something flashed, and then the hand mixer is dead!
I checked the manual ( which was still in the box) and read carefully, it said nothing about not to use for kneading dough – I would thought the kneading hook was provided for that purpose.
I was thinking about buying a kitchen aid stand mixer, but now I am seriously having second thought given the bad experience I had with the hand mixer.
