Rated 1 out of 5 by Nothappy1 from Extremely dissapointing Purchased this recently and after using it only once I have discovered that its a pile of junk. The lid doesn't sit on the bowl properly and leaves a massive gap along one side. This and the fact that the opening hatches also don't sit flat, allowing all the heat to escape. Plus the rubber seal falls off the moment you touch it. The worst part is that Kitchenaid refuse to accept any responsibility and instead claim that it is all part of the specific design features. Well if you intended to design and build a useless piece of junk then you've excelled.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lisy from Poor design lid I bought this slow cooker 2 weeks ago, when I opened the box I saw the rubber lid was came off. So tried to put back on which quite hard than came off again. Kitchenaid such a reputable brand, they should not release to the market on the first place. The reason I bought this product because I had a mixer which I loved.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Slowcookerdisaster from Poor lid and button design We were gifted this item for Christmas and it's a great cooker within itself however a few parts seem to be made very cheaply. The little opening flaps on the lid do not sit flush with the rest of the lid so heat escapes from the gaps and the buttons are wonky and quite poor quality.

Rated 2 out of 5 by mfn1975 from disappointed I've wanted a slow cooker for a very long time and thought purchasing Kitchenaid i've had no issues. But with the two doors that open do not sit flush with the rest of the lid. A meal that would usually cook in 6 hours could take up to 12 hours - I have ha to resort to placing baking paper to stop the heat from escaping. Not happy at all with this product. very disappointed for the price paid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by RosieH from The timer & keep warm features are great. I am happy with this product but the rubber seal on the lid comes off all the time which is a pain as it’s quite difficult to get back on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by 3550Sharon from Sadly, I am very Disappointed I purchased my Slow cooker a few weeks ago now and have used it twice. Both of the lids do not sit flat, thus heat escapes and the slow cooker does not complete its function. Today I have had to resort to placing foil under the lid to attempt to keep the heat in to cook. The little lid to the right hand side swivels side to side. Very disappointed in this product, expected so much more.

Rated 2 out of 5 by NIgel from Cooks well however the timer has stopped working.. I have gone to use my slow cooker again this winter and the timer no longer works is just goes from 30 to 0 to 30 to 0 and sometimes showes a 1 or 2 hour... dissapointing as I liked the timer function. I can't find a reset. A pity because it looks so nice and cooks nice but lacks tech that is relIable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kay22 from Problems I do not like how the lid fits and the rubbers are hard to get back on after cleaning. The two lids that lift up don’t sit flush, not happy.
