Worst Food Processor
We purchased from Myer in Jan 2019. Also purchased the dicing attachment. Used three times... drive shaft extension got stuck to shaft which required a shop visit. Returned from shop with a new lid and missing shaft adapter. Attempted to use with multipurpose blade (doesn't require shaft adapter)... except lid doesn't fit now. White insert in lid is defective and doesn't allow lid to seat properly. We are done... wish we could just get our $467.60 back. All up... probably have been able to use it less than 6 times. We had a Cuisinart for 20 years and never had an issue... sorry we switched. Easier to use a knife.

A bit lightweight
I’ve been using this mixer for a couple of month and have recently found, when mixing dough I have to hold the lid shut because the vibration shakes it loose, which in turn switches the machine off. Also, the weight of a 600g dough mix causes the machine to wobble and move to the extent that it would fall off the countertop if I didn’t hold it with both hands.
Additionally, I’ve found that dough and cake mixes find themselves travelling up the centre of the bowl spindle and into the blade attachment, sometimes working it’s way into the drive spindle itself.
It’s fine for slicing, but I wouldn’t recommend it for dough/cake mixing.

A. Expensive disaster
I bought this at great expense for making soup so I got the dicer as well. I only seed the mixing processor once as I have a better mixer. As it was mostly for soup making and I have to say the dicer was BRILLIANT, so quick & easy but ... just out of warranty the motor broke down. Took it to Good Guys, who were amazed could see it was hardly used, sent me to Julians repairs, equally amazed as it was obvious how little it had been used. Problem is there are no replacement motors, and Kitchen aid just not interested in helping AT ALL, offered me a baby processor which was not going to help with vegetable prepping at all. What amazes me is the same processor is still being sold at same price knowing there is vital parts not available. I am devestated to say the very least, nearly $600 and no help at all.

Good for a few months
For the first few months it was great then I started having trouble with the lid coming loose and the machine stopped so I would have to hold the lid on until I finished processing. It was very annoying and now the lid won't fit at all. I returned it to the place of purchase and I am still waiting for it to be returned. Very annoying considering how much I paid for it.

Great Looking Appliance
Had a great deal of trouble trying to start it. Reason I found out was I was not pressing hard enough on the 1, 2 or pulse button. Once it started, loved the feature of changing the thickness as I experiment on the coleslaw I was making. Super fast and easy to clean. Pity I can't buy a cover for it.

Plastic is poor quality
The plastic tooth that keeps my small bowl in place has fallen right off within the first week of having it.

Unhygienic badly designed.
Given all the negative reviews I’ve read here and elsewhere it teaches me to read them before buying. This product is impossible to clean hygienically, and I am not squeamish. The lid has parts that collect food but there’s no easy way to get at it to clean. The gunk just builds up a breeding ground for bacteria and mould. I’m hoping someone gets sick and Sue’s. No instructions to help only spin about how easy it is to clean all the other bits. We’ve tried everything. The guy on YouTube got it apart after 8 minutes of anxiety, knowing it had to break, if not this time but one of the next.

Matches the Falcon stove beautifully .
Purchased to replace a competitors processor that had only lasted 24 years with usage of up to 4 times per week so hopefully this will have a longevity that matches the price. Have not yet had the opportunity to try all the features but so far it does the job intended. Only niggle is the lids and small inner bowl are such a precise fit they do not make the connection easy but on the other hand the seal is perfect when you do finally get it all in place and aligned . Also so large it does not fit the appliance cupboard so sits on the bench permanently rather than rebuild the kitchen cupboards.
