Unfortunately only 6 months old it’s developed an unusual noise and sounds like there’s something broken or loose inside the motor. I’ve tried many times by phone to contact KitchenAid Australia being on hold for up to 1 hour before hanging up listening to an automated message, I’ve even tried filling out the contact form that gets mentioned many times within the hour I’ve sat there wanting to enquire about warranty. I received @n email saying a representative would be in contact within 10 working days, not likely 10 day been and gone heading for 20 business days and still no contact from KitchenAid. Pretty poor for a $200 blender.

After ordering spare jar lock I thought I could change it myself...even went to Bunnings and bought special tool. But no...had to go to special kitchen aid repair shop...only to find out there is none in the whole of Brisbane!!! Had to drive more than 100km to pay around $50 to have it fixed! While I not dispute having paid the money for repair...driving so many km to have it fixed is a disgrace kitchen aid! Come on...this is not good enough! Happy with product but not happy with service!! Got it repaired because I like the blender and don’t believe in a throw away society. Also have artisan mixer and I am completely happy with the product...just worry if.....!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jaime from Exceptional Service from the staff We purchased our 1 75 Artisan Diamond Blender through Qantas in January 2021after a couple of months it stopped working. After checking the most common few things one can check without opening the unit up. I emailed Kitchen Aid and explained what I had been able to test and that I was sure that there was an open circuit in the internal wiring or a faulty master switch. I received an email back from Kitchen Aid informing me that a new 1.75 L Artisan Blender had been dispatched to me and I would receive it between 5 and 7 days. The blender arrived within the time they had told me and it also had been very well packed. Very Professionally done I might add.

Would not expect it to go rusty at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Charli from Corroding after one wash after loosing my product in the post i was very excited for my blender to arrive after the long wait. I used it to make pesto and the machine worked beautifully. To my disappointment, however, after washing it and leaving it to dry over night i woke to see the middle screw starting to corrode in the middle of the blade. Very disappointing. I sent an email straight away and am yet to hear back... lets see how long i have to wait until i hear back this time.... :(

It’s a brand that I associate with quality and as such have the mixer, the blender, and cook processor. The blender jug and blade broke one month out of warranty. I sent messages to the Kitchen Aid customer service web page and have heard absolutely nothing. A new jug will cost $150 minimum, which is more than most blenders. I look after my appliances and only use as per manual. I have now lost faith in Kitchen Aid and the quality of both their products and customer service.

The box was hugee. The blender is very simple to use agter reading the manual. Theres so many options to choose from and suitable for everyone. This multi function blender is great and quite a powerful unit as well. It does run loud so you might want to avoid blending when someone is sleeping. I am happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone who wants an all in one unit. Thanks kitchenaid! Next thing on my list is the Artisan 160 :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sienna from Broken motherboard after only a few uses I bought this blender and hardly used it. The electronics inside it broke unexpectedly and for no reason, no refund or repairs as it is outside the two-year warranty. I'm not very happy.
