I have purchased an eligible stand mixer from a Participating Retailer. How can I submit a claim to redeem my offer
If you have purchased an eligible stand mixer machine from a participating retailer between 14 March 2020 and 10 May 2020, simply submit your claim by 31 May 2020 on this page and complete your details by following the prompts.
Prior to starting your claim submission, please ensure that you have the below information ready: Your 9 digit serial number from the machine you purchased (9 digit alphanumeric code found on the base of your machine) A scanned / photo of your Proof of Purchase (clearly showing machine model, date of purchase, price paid and the retailer).

I have just purchased a stand mixer from www.kitchenaid.com.au. Do I need to submit a claim?
No, the bonus offer will automatically be added to your cart and delivered to your nominated address.
I have purchased more than 1 stand mixer machine. Am I able to redeem an offer on more than 1 machine purchase?
Yes, the offer applies to the purchase of eligible models between 14 March 2020 and 10 May 2020 (inclusive) at any Participating Retailer in Australia. Lay-bys not paid in full by 31 May 2020 are excluded from these offers.
I’ve paid via Afterpay, ZipPay or an in store interest free offer. Am I still eligible for the bonus gift?
Every valid purchase of a participating product must be paid in full at the time of purchase - If purchase receipt states that payment was processed via Afterpay, ZipPay or an in store interest free offer the receipt will not be accepted.

How long do I have to wait to receive for my bonus gift?
Once your claim has been submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us which will include your reference number. Sit tight as it’ll take us approximately 2 business days to review your claim. If your claim has been processed, you’ll receive an email from us providing confirmation of the bonus gift. It’ll take approximately 3-5 business days for your gift to be sent to you.
What if I receive an email that my claim has been rejected?

Will I receive updates about the status of my claim?
During the claim submission process, updates of the status of your claim will be provided by email.
How long do I have to submit my claim?
