An enthusiastic group of delicious. magazine and KitchenAid fans got an exclusive opportunity to visit the delicious. magazine kitchen. Normally reserved for recipe development and those wonderful shoots that fill the pages every month, the kitchen was the perfect setting for a fun-filled day. Valli Little treated guests to a hands-on learning experience with lots of KitchenAid products tips, cooking hints and an insight into food styling.

The newest addition to the KitchenAid family, the Cook Processor was put to work delivering an Italian Seafood Stew with Gremolata. With its prawns, mussels and salmon flavours intensified by a herb filled red sauce this dish is a flawless winter warmer. Using a range of functions, this recipe highlighted how easy it is to produce a scrumptious meal for the whole family with the Cook Processor.

The KitchenAid Stand Mixer was on show assisting with a Ricotta Ravioli with Lemon Butter Sauce recipe. The real stand out of this dish is the homemade pasta. Often perceived as an arduous task, Valli showcased the ins and outs of pasta making with the help of the KitchenAid Pasta Attachment. Volunteers were happy to give the process a go themselves and achieved some wonderful results.

A Chocolate Mousse Cake with Red Wine-Poached Pears was the perfect recipe for those attendees with a sweet tooth. The KitchenAid Hand Mixer and the KitchenAid Hand Blender were used to achieve the silky mousse texture whilst the pears poached in red wine and an array of spices in the KitchenAid Tri-ply Stainless Steel Sauce Pan. A splash of fresh coffee from the KitchenAid Espresso Machine adds a great flavour to this decadent dish. It’s more than likely that a crowd would form in the kitchen of your own home to lick the bowl for this dessert!
