  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 160g Caster Sugar
  • 2 mashed Ripe Bananas
  • 100g Unsalted Butter

Method

  1. Mini_HotSauce_London_BananaBread_1.jpg
Preheat your oven to 180C, before mixing up your cinnamon sugar. Grease and line a loaf tin, and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar inside- saving a little for the top of your loaf too (for a delicious crunch).
  2. Measure out all of your ingredients, before putting them all into your KitchenAid Mini Mixer. Start slowly, and mix for around 3 minutes- until everything is smooth and well combined.Mini_HotSauce_London_BananaBread_7.jpg
  3. Scoop your mixture into your prepared loaf tin, sprinkling the last of the cinnamon sugar on top- before popping into the oven for around an hour (check at the 55 minute mark!).Mini_HotSauce_London_BananaBread_6.jpg
  4. Remove your loaf from the oven and cool. Enjoy with a cup of tea.Mini_HotSauce_London_BananaBread_5.jpg
